Sorry you're having a tough time. It's all normal but that doesn't make it easier to live through, I know.

I used the hate to help me detach a few times.. yes you want to lovingly detach, but sometimes it's a whole lot easier when it's helped along by a bit of anger. The lovingly can come back later, if/when you're ready.

It is possible to speed the process. First, how many times have you read DR. I recommend 3x (at least Part II. Second, get VERY active on these boards. Start following several other posters so (1) you get more traffic on your theeard and (2) you can speed your learning by offering them support\advice.

1. INSERT THE LINK HERE

or

2. [url=INSERT THE LINK HERE]INSERT WHATEVER YOU WANT TO CALL THE LINK HERE (EG, "LINK" or "THREAD" or "FORGIVENESS" or WHATEVER[/url]

I'm a little slow today and new at this. When you said:

What do you mean using "and"? Also, do you type the above words in plain text in the body of your message?

Ha ha ha. Sorry Larry. While trying to show you how, I actually created two (false) links!! the "and" and then the "Insert The Link here" both in red. Whoops!!!

Let me try it again. I will put in the parentheses exactly what you need to type. Put it all together, without any spaces, ok?

Here we go. To create a link:

type an open bracket ([)
then type "url=" (url=)
then insert the url address you want to link (www.whateveritis.com) <--- example
then type a close bracket (])
then type a title for your link (Click this link) <--- another example
then type an open bracket ([)
then type "/url" (/url)
then type a close bracket(])

Try that.

By the way, the goal is to get to a point where you feel good even if you don't get a little armour, because you cannot count on it. Good luck with coaching.
