It is so hard to analyze what is a 180. Write down what patterns you had and do the opposite. Be patient and see what works. Dump what does not. I was very confused by this concept but it does take work. If you were complacent and non communative, be chatty and friendly. If you were motherly and a caretaker, be flirty and act like you need help. Sounds contrived but think of it as a shift.
