Why do these things happen Vlll

I haven't seen my son, or wife for that matter since last thursday. Also the same day I took my new position, I leave at 5:30 am and get home around 7pm everyday for the last 5 straight days, and I only live 5 minutes from work.
That leaves little time to worry about my situation, but as soon as I get home and shower I do go into deep thought mode, I need to stop doing that, I also need a day just to be me and nothing else.
