Hey Nomo,

Thanks for the detailed posts last night, I know it takes a lot out of you, but it helps tremendously.

I don't know if it will help you, but on top of all of the advice from others and successes of past DBers, read you old posts to others. You giv breat advice, and when you post to use you are looking at things objectively and without emotion. I don't have the experience or knowledge that you do with these matters, and it's helped me remind myself that I know what to do and need to snap out of it.
