Why do you say she hates you? Sounds like she's definately confused and treating you poorly, but hate? Sounds a little strong from what you've related here.
Keep on the patience and getting back out and playing basketball as you mentioned a few posts back. The more threads I read through, the more it's apparent that the greater the changes you make to do things you've always wanted to do (or things you stopped doing, but once enjoyed) the more the S notices.
I know I sound like a broken record. Stop focusing on her. Focus on you. And Atlas makes a great point, decide what your deal-breaker is (also, if that deal-breaker should become reality, expect to find that it might not be a deal-breaker for you. That's what happened to me when my W told me about the A. I had always assumed I would just leave. Who knew?)
