Hi - I would like some recommendations for MLC books from a womens perspective. I realize that in DR Michelle suggests MLC knows no gender, but would still like to know if there are any books looking at it from a women's view. The books listed in the archive section are geared towards men. For that matter, what is considered the bible on MLC.
I can't help but believe my W of 10+ years is in MLC - 'you are my best friend, but I don't have that feeling of love for you', 'I may never have loved you', from what I can tell she still sleeps with OM who has a serious girlfriend, has a crush on OM in another part of the country.
I have not looked into her work email in 3 days (a struggle, but I believe it will help me detach). Saw her yesterday morning as I had to drop off her birth certificate (she lost her license on a girls weekend trip where she evidently met yet another guy who she has been emailing with (he is now in Afghanastan)), anyway, we had a nice 10 minute conversation and she asked if I would want to go to lunch sometime. I said sure give me a call. The prior week she asked if I would want to go to dinner, but she never followed up with that, so I simply continue to try and detach, yet be civil.
I have decided to let her file, but sometimes it takes a lot to swallow my pride knowing that she is interested in OM, and that she is sleeping with at least one of them. This is not the women I married.
