Even without the history part of it, Fort McHenry looks out over the bay and is kindof pretty regardless. Also, doesn't take terribly long to go through. If you're a history major, worth going to since you're there. I want to say that the water taxi has a dropof there, but can't say for sure.

And if you're going to a game, Camden Yards is a very nice park. I find baseball pretty boring, but something about being at a game live in a park like that makes it enjoyable.
