Oh she offered me like a 90/10 custody..but wanted almost 3 times what the state guideline is for child support at the same time.
Sadly it's all about money to her. The OM is over at her house EVERY day. He comes over for dinner EVERY night. When he's there...my kids are virtually ignored.
I have asked for basically 60/40. She works back half of the week and I work front half. So that way when we are on our "weekend" we have the kids. Even the kids have told me they want to live with me part time.
She is still fighing it.

That is the one positive that if we get divorced, she wants it to stay the way we have it now. I have our son probably closer to 60% of the time, so I will not argue with her over this one.

One is and one isn't. Age of self representation is 14 in my state. My son is 15. My daughter is 12.
