Hmmmm.... You know her better then anyone. Why would she tell you she had if she hadn't? To see what your reaction would be?

That I am not sure of, but she did say filed, not going to file. Maybe it is a mind game to see if I would have broke down and cried or got angry at her, which I did, but not till I had left.

I hate the mind games.
