Thanks Dom, I happen to be off work tomorrow. May just have to go and find out. I believe she would only have two places she could pick so I will try both.
You are probably right and she has, just something that I cannot describe bugging the back of my head that tells me otherwise. Only time will tell.

I am confused on one part, she can file but never serve notice? or am I reading that wrong.
