My old VCR broke and ate the tape I love. Guess I'll have to pony up for the DVD and get into the 21st century! LOL! Also walked for 15 minutes today on my break at work. Did a little Pilates this weekend. That's some tough stuff, but I'm feeling better after just 2 days of exercise. I remember now why I was such a fanatic about it. It makes me feel great!
