I joined the gym a couple of weeks ago, been going once a week for an hour or so. Also, does running round after a 3 year old count, if it does then i am constantly excercising .

Good! That counts! If I can count my weed eating, you can count running after a 3 year old. Anything physical activity except sitting on our butts eating bon bons (or typing posts here ) counts.
