It seems my second thread has locked so I'm starting a new one.

Not much to report. Trying to keep the attitude of if no D is mentioned it's a good day. So far I'm on day 4 of not getting depressed. Not real upbeat but just kinda even. I have had a couple moments but I pushed them out of my head and got busy doing something I ennjoy. Guess the key is to not dwell on the negatives and when they start creeping in push them out as fast as you can.
