Okay, when I was half way thru this message, my wife just called. She was in one of her better moods and asked if I plan on another trip to SD later in the summer even if for a shorter trip. I said probably, why. Her response was that she could not leave for a trip right now because of work (lie), but wish she could go but realizes it is the wrong time for us and would like to go and visit my parents later in the summer. Wonder why I go up and down in my thinking, but proves that even on my bad days, she will make a baby step forward.
Just proves to myself that I need to just work on myself and let her do her thing without worrying about it day to day. I need to stamp that on my forehead.
