Did you have to bring up something I said yesterday. Today is an actual living hell for me. I for one have to dig deeper, a lot deeper. Tomorrow is going to be no better till the evening, then I am off to San Diego for a week and I can't wait. At the current moment I think my situation is going backwards, and I have been behaving without doing anything so it makes it even more frustrating. I will be fine and will continue with my efforts, I just want a pause on it for a bit.
