Mine has no emotions, at least she hides them well.

Oh yeah I vent about mine being emotionless all the time to my SIL. She says it's not that he doesn't feel he just doesn't want YOU to see it. Well from where I'm sitting it looks like he just walked away and now could care less.

Though the other night we were talking about an airplane hitting the house (sounded like one was flying really close) and I said well just shed a couple tears at the funeral and he said oh stop. I think that was a good thing.

Well he just told me he's coming over. Should be here in about 30 minutes. Hope I have enough strength. Not sure I can handle another can't wait to get away from me meeting.

You will do fine. Is he coming over for any thing in particular or just stopping by.

He's coming to get his electronics stuff since he has his own space he can spread it out and mess around with it and not have to worry about putting it back up because of the kids.

No he doesn't just stop by. Even if that's he intent he always has a REASON for coming. Last time it was a lame one but....

Mine comes over to steal laundry, but has only been to my apartment twice when I have been here, and that is over almost 3 months or so.

Mine comes to get them for his weekend and I go pick them up. Then he stops somtimes for other reasons but not often.

Thinking, thinking, oh yeah that is the two times she has been here.
I do all the dropping off and picking up. Can't have her go out of her way to be helpful in that regard. Funny thing is she was always pissed if I took one extra trip to get my oldest son, she would complain every damn time that my X needed to do her fair share. Current wife is no where close to being 50/50 in helping go back and forth. How funny things change.

My H was picking them up and dropping them off. Then one weekend his car broke down so I went to get them. Turned out it's easier on them If I pick them up as opposed to him bringing them home and then leaving. So I do that now.

How is it easier? The emotional part of him dropping off and leaving right away?

Yeah. My oldest would be sad for half hour after daddy left. This way I show up they're excited to see me and we have the car ride to talk and when we get home he's fine.
