I liked being on the LBS diet. I could eat whatever I wanted and still keep losing weight. Now I have to be so careful so that the weight doesn't come back on again. Chocolate is one of my weaknesses.
There can be no testimony without a test. I am praying to go through this test and come out the other end with a new and better marriage then before.
