One of my child processors keeps causing Flirting2007 to crash, which is very annoying. I hope there's a patch for that b/c I'll be installing DivorceFinal in a couple of months, and I want to get Dating2008 up and going, but it required Flirting2007 or later in order to run.

Nicola,

I like your signature quote - it sounds familiar - by chance is it from "Conversations with God"?

B4S,

I'm having problems with one of my 4 child processes right now. Seems that after 17 solar cycles the communication paths start to degrade and it refuses run commands. I'm trying to clear it up but since the child process started a new, separate thread (GirlFriend 1.0) it hasn't been going that well. GirlFriend 1.0 was downloaded from the Ukraine so it's a little hard to understand but since we installed NewBass 1.0 last week on the 17th cycle things seem to be improving. I'll have to wait and see.

No, it's actually from one of those Quote calendars, from the company that also makes magnets.

Yeah, I plan to keep Flirting2007 and the child processes in separate partions so they are not even aware of eath other. I also plan to keep Dating2008 away from the child processes and only let them share memory once Dating2008 spawns Girlfriend 2.0. Might be easier said than done.

What do I know: Marriage 1.0 is still running (but the kernel is reporting it's a zombie), so a lot of processes need to be killed and new ones started before I'll really have a clue about any of this.

B4S,

What gets to me is that some people think they can run Wife 1.0 and then run Girlfriend 1.0 (Or Boyfriend 1.0 on the FSOS) in a virtual space thinking that it stays totally separate. They don't seem to realise that the Virtual Software of both OS's leaks threads into the main processor and leaves tell-tale tracks on all the logs, wreaking havoc on an otherwise stable OS and oft times threatening to crash the whole processor. In fact, some only realise their mistake after a total crash and reboot, but by that time the software apps (Husband 1.0 and Wife 1.0 between issued between 1936-1986 are especially sensitive) may be superceded and not reinstalled. In fact, Girlfriend 1.0 and Boyfriends 1.0 apps usually don't survive the reboot either, especially those run in stealth mode. Some people never learn.

Wife 1.0 has been sending kill commands to Marriage 1.0, and is about to succeed. I tried to invoke DivorceBusting 2.0, but that task has failed repeated attempts at bootstraping. Time to upgrade the entire OS.

B4S,

Sometimes you just have to wipe the disk and start over. Just remember to backup the child processes completely and add the Counselor app. It really helps with reintegration with Single OS V. 2.0.
