Funny. I actually plan to take the FTC later in the year, and promised myself not to install Dating 2007 until FTC is run, but wait for the upgrade. I would like to run Friends2007 and Flirting2007, which I really need at this point.

But there are some other apps that are taking up most of the processes, namely NewLivingLocale and NewJob. Those will take up most of the processing time for a few cycles.

I know what you are saying about the child processes. I have three installed, and the first looks like it will run cleanly, because it has been running the housecleaning program Acceptance 1.0. The new processes have not been able to boot that app yet, and so we are installing FamilyCounselor 1.0 this week. We hope that will clean up the two newer child processes, too.

I have been running Counselor4Adults.exe for almost three years now and feel I have removed most viruses. I plan to continue to run that app for a few more cylces as I run NewLivingLocale, because I think that app can mitigate some damage from Moving 3.0.

Finances 4.0 is having core dumps (mostly due to the two large app, MyAtty and HerAtty taking ALL of the cache), but once I terminate NewLivingLocale I shoud be able to boot that app successfully.

I just hope the DoorSmash app that W installed last week doesn't get run again. Then I would have to invoke the interrupt routine 911, and that would crash the entire system.
