The talk was not so bad and at least you got to explain yourself and she understood. The no eye contact thing is guilt IMO, She doesnt want to see your eyes . I will guarantee she has feelings for you ( well hidden) and also is feeling very bad about what she is doing. The only way they can handle this is by keeping you at arms length. Let you get closer and it hurts them too much. My W wouldnt look at me and still has trouble with it actualy said "don't" when I looked into her eyes a few nights ago , it makes her cry. Keep up the changes , you are going to have to be patient , at least until OM starts to show his true colours.
