Yes! I hadn't even thought about the flashy, snooty, and devious actress--a person who should include every trait of every OW on this board. In fact, it is this actress who causes the near-fatal accident to gorgeous dude: for, thinking that our sassy Elizabeth Bennet heroine (as played by Jennifer Ehle) is planning to ride her usual horse--devious actress slips a burr under its saddle--little suspecting that gorgeous movie star and heroine will SWITCH horses at the last minute.
Lots of scenes of dirty knickers, contrasted with actress's silken undies, contrasted with the southernmost ends of horses. This is looking more like a MAJOR film--pretty arty, big budget--so there could be like some, um, Battleship Potemkin kinds of scenes here and there, with a baby carriage rolling down the mountain. Need something with PUNCH for Oscar consideration.
