I have enough "evidence" already. Between the prior police report I filed and the witnesses to the drinking episodes (she told me yesterday that she knew she "lost the kids" when I got a call at 1am New Year's from the hostess of the party she was at where she passed out drunk on their couch (not sure I understood the statement since she had already agreed to split the kids time 50-50 - unless she wasn't really planning on following through with that agreement)). The door has been repaired, and I didn't take photos - but the repair is visible and there were witnesses. So if there is any more trouble what-so-ever, I can easily show this issue to the cops.
Ever since, things have dropped back to normal. We went through and divied the house items today. I basically let her keep what she wanted. I can replace the items with new stuff over the next year. Only short term items will be a bed for D14 and a TV - but that is what plasma is for! And about 1000 kitchen items, but that is what Crate and Barrel is for!
I went to some friends tonight for dinner, and driving home I was enjoying thinking about being single. I think for the first time I felt happy about it - especially with the door breaking episode really driving home how screwed up W is. I am going to upgrade, that is for sure!
