I would think a horse rescue place would need people to help with the animals, whether you have facilities or not. But in your current frame of mind I don't think you really want to do anything. All the therapy in the world isn't going to get you anywhere if you don't at least try to live in the real world. I understand being a loner, and not having many friends, I live there. But there are things you can do to get out and about and around people without being 'with' them. It's a step in the right direction. I'm no therapy expert, but it seems to me that you need to back up the therapy with some 'lab exercises'. I'm not talking about making a speech in front of a room full of people. Just being on a place where you could choose to interact with a few people. I'd think the Cloud Dancer situation would be good. You'd never be in a crowd, you'd be with a horse, and with someone who would really respect your knowledge, which would help your opinion of yourself.
So, like KS says, look at your good qualities and skills, and use them. But you've got to do something, it isn't going to just come to you, most likely. If nothing else just go for a walk!
