I think the watch or necklace are good ideas. Something that reminds her that you love her, but isn't a glaring reminder of your commitment to each other such as the diamond ring. Although the tattoo is a great idea, but I think on the forehead would be a better place to remind her everytime she looks in the mirror that she is indeed married! Ha!
