I cannot answer for anyone but me. It is not a problem for me. And if people left the board for that reason, well that is sad. We all make choices for what is best for us and that is good.

And for what it's worth, I appreciate EVERYONE'S insight on this board. I may not use all the advice given, but I certainly listen and ponder it.
