Thanks I know I don't always feel this way just having a lousy night I guess.

Yeah I know I shouldn't "listen" and should take it with a grain of salt. Just hard sometimes ya know. The only thing my H has said was that he wasn't going to rush to file papers unless I wanted him too. Otherwise he was going to drag his feet. I've been doing this for almost 2 months guess I just need to hang tough.

Sounds like maybe you're making some progress. That's good. I hope I can have some positive posts at some point.
