It's definitely payback Sigh and you know what they say about paybacks! However, the things he's saying are really inappropriate. You CAN set some boundaries with him. And if he doesn't want to live by them, don't talk with him.
Yeah you screwed up, but you're trying to repair your marriage. If he can't see that and won't work with you, what else can you do? Let him know it's a team effort and you need his help. If he can't respond to that, maybe you do need to file?
Give yourself a break and don't let him beat you down. That won't solve anything as you're well aware, I'm sure.
