Give yourself a few days. Going dark is hard the first 1-3 days. It'll get better.
I'm on Day 6. It really sucks.
You've been around too long though, probably harder for you. Maybe for NM too, he's been around, I keep forgetting that...
It's gotta be worse when you had contact with your W and THEN go dark. Never having contact probably makes it easier for me. Not more fun, perhaps just a bit easier.
