You can beat the depression. Don't think of things that upset you. Think of something good. Every time I start to feel depressed, I think back to something nice my H told me one time. It really helps.
I will take D12 to riding lessons today, you don't need too.

BTW - to give you some insight into women or me since I shouldn't speak for all women - for me, it's easier on ME to be angry.......
For instance, after the blow up on Sunday, I decided to start packing H's stuff that he'd left at the house. #1 - I clean when I get angry, #2 - I was angry and hurt and starting to accept this is what he wants and it's happening so why keep the stuff around?
Yesterday he was texting asking if I wanted him to haul stuff for me. My answer - no, I'll take care of it. Pride? Possibly. For me, it's easier on ME to be cold, and just depend on me....

No i was paying for D12 and HER to go. I attended them so we had family time. I watched, encouraged, helped saddle, groom, etc. I had horses all my life so I know my way around them which was educational and helpful to them. I told her I would continue to pay for D12.

Oh she definately takes the road of easier to be mad and play the victim. That is part of our problem, she accepts very little to no responsibility in any of her actions...thus the MLC.
