You will be fine, this is a BLIP in time compared to what you have ahead of you. Don't forget this is all temporary, it isn't your life, it's just a test in your life right now.
Go to the movies, get a tub of popcorn and a soda and lose yourself for a few hours. At least that's not destructive.
