Oh cool JDK! I really hope you like it and it really works for you. People who have been drinking this a while suggest for those who are just starting, to drink your first bottle heavily. That way it gets a jump start on your body and can do a better detoxification, plus you should see results sooner. So if you can/want, drink the first bottle: 4 ounces 2x a day. Then the next 3 bottles drink 3 ounces 2x a day until you see results and then you can tapper it down to 1 or 2 ounces 2x a day. It's up to you though. I wish I had done that myself, I think I would have seen results quicker.
