Another depressing reality: house hunting! We drove by four houses that we could afford to rent on my salary. D16 was horrified. She asked if she could live with her dad instead!!! Maybe I need to rethink giving up this house and trying to refinance. I didn't want the responsiblity of the house and taxes. Wonder if there is another way????? Rent from H and he pays half the rent instead of alimony??????
