JR, your dream got me teary eyed. Not only does this process hurt our own kids but also our parents and in laws. I know our whole family is scratching their heads in puzzlement but they are no help. In fact they can make things worse!

My D5 acts brave but I think my attitude is leaving an unexpected impression on her. Since my H started leaving at night I have been seeing more of my friends, studying and working out. She sees that I am always in a good mood when my H comes home after work the next day. She thinks we have to pretend to be happy for Daddy. Is that twisted? She cries about it at night but smiles for him in the day???
