You sound like you are doing great. Good job not letting H suck you in this time. BTW, have you read much about emotional abuse? I am concerned that there may be a serious pattern, dunno though as I don't really know your sitch. Still, it sounds like H verbally assaults you, pushes you to your limits, then gives you a crumb. If so, not good.
