oh, and just a hint to keep you from getting sick.
Go get some real lemons and squeeze into water and drink that constantly! if you catch it soon enough, it will go away and you won't get the full blown stuff. I do this everytime, and if I'm consistant, it works every time..but it does works better on colds than flu though.
Also, it helps not to eat a lot too. When we eat, our body uses energy to break down the food, so the more we eat, the less our body can focus on getting rid of the illness.

I ended up getting the cold unfortunately... yuck. Rest of the week was OK though. I'll post more later, feeling pretty crummy at the moment.

ST I forgot to mention - been trying the lemon water (plus zinc and vitamin C) since yesterday. Thanks for the suggestion! Doesn't seem to have helped fight it off but maybe it'll help it go away sooner. It's a nasty one.
