I think some good advice is to not spend too much emotional time with a member of the opposite sex. having a work wife or work husband may be damaging even if there is no sexual attraction whatsoever. A person needs to save some stories and laughter for their spouses. Joking around and becoming attached to friends at work could lead someone on unintentonally.
