So I found this link - the child support worksheet but some of the stuff is confusing to me - and I'm just guessing now on H's income.....

Can I get some help please?

I'm not sure what I need to be filling in. Right now she is on my insurance, but he also carries insurance on her because it didn't cost any more to add her to his when he added his son.

I think if I remember correctly we used to gross about the same $$ so I put the same # in there.....he has to pay $100 for his son, so I added that.

I guess it's the formulas that are screwing me up ..... I'm just freaking

OK - what about that formula that's there - it's confusing to me. I admit it.

Ok - I wrote it out and I think it's like this....based on their example. I am not sure if the monthly income should be combined or separate though.....

http://www.kscourts.org/ctruls/csappendix8.doc

$480 - (480x25% or 120) + (.25 x (480x25% or 30) = 390

Is that right?
