In the coming weeks I am going to start the process of gutting our house of our stuff. I love this house, but with taxes going thru the roof, utilities getting higher and higher, there is no way possible I would afford it on my own. My wife is suppose to start coming over everyday packing up her stuff little by little. I'm gonna get a storage place and put all my stuff that I still want in there. Then W and I are putting everything else in a everything must go garage sale. Then I am doing all the little repairs that need done to the house, painting it, and putting it on the market.
She is already living at her mom's, I am gonna stay with my parents until the house sales. I need a new vehicle very badly too. So the money I make off the selling the house I will get myself out of debt, buy myself a car, and pay cash for a little trailor or something for the time being.
