The chances are not slim for reconciliation because you have sold the house. You can look at it as a new beginning. Starting fresh from the ground up. As long as you two have been civil and are still "seeing" each other, there is a chance.


I think you're right but mine is for sale and I'm torn over it. I love the house and want to keep the connection with my W. However, finding out the neighbor has been a negative influence makes me think the sale would be a blessing. Also, getting out of debt is a huge deal fr my W, so it would be good for that.

And, I think it holds bad memories for us, and we can get rid of those too. I don't know, it's tough, it's such a nice house and I love it, but I love my W more - so if she wants to sell it, it'll get sold.

Don't let it get you down, it'll be OK, a house is just an object, selling it doesn't have much determination on the happiness of your marriage, if any at all. \:\)
