How many have sold their former residence?

My W (together 13+ yrs, married 10) moved out in mid-Feb (moved in with her sister). We are very civil and have had several intimate encounters, including overnight stays. We close on our house this Friday. Just wondering how many of you are separated and have actually sold your former shared residence, meaning that both of you now live in two entirely different locations from where you once lived together. I would welcome a sincere reconciliation, but feel the chances may be slim now that our house we shared is no longer.
