Went to a fundraising event with the kids and W. Great evening, kids had fun and it felt like we were a 'complete' family for a period of time ... it was a good feeling. But as is with all things ... it had to come to an end.
Before I left had kids go to their mom to say bye and just as I was about to leave (I refrained from saying goodbye) -- she comes out and says goodbye to me.
Once again, just looking for the smallest things -
