Sashaying thru Seperation IV

I am freaking out a bit the last couple of days and I don't know what to do. Since my R talk with CW on Tues night, we have only talked Wed morning when she called to tell me that she was OK ( I asked her to call after her sobbing call) and Thurs morning she called looking for some eye drops for pink eye. Otherwise, the only contact has been an e-mail message reply to a phone message I sent her.

I am fighting urges to call and contact her. I don't know what to do....Is she waiting for me to contact her or do I wait it out???????
