I don't know if this was already discussed but why don't you go to mediation? No lawyers, and you actually could have a chance to talk about things. I know mediators here that will help restore a marriage if possible, rather than JUST breaking it up (the lawyer way)
Something to think about at least. You can drag that out as long as you'd like too, and it tends to be cheaper than L's.
