He has to sound happy to you. Just like CB has to put on her act that she is happy living the life she is right now. It is all about justification in thier minds right now.
Now here are a few things.
1) Child Support. (Should include baby sitting coverage) 2) Alimoney 3) What is going to happen with the house. 4) Health insurance 5) Visitation which should include notification if either parent moves so that you both have contact information in case of an emergency 6) Health Care for the children 7) Seperation of all assests (not sure what you both have in both of your names) 8) Outstanding debt.
Those are just a few that I could think of off the top of my head.
By the way this sucks a$$.
