So I went over to the house again after work today and H's knee is now hurting pretty bad. I stayed a while and then came back here because S14 needed dinner...do I have two homes? I am exhaused and it's only been Sunday, Monday & Tuesday that I've been back and forth. Sheesh.
I am rather upset because I just found out this evening that D11's 5th grade gradu-itsafrigginmiracle-ation is tomorrow morning at 9:30am. Great. I was late this morning and word is the boss acted surprised even though I emailed Friday and she replied "Ok". I'm going in tomorrow before 8am and then I will leave at 9 for the school and then fly back hopefully before she's back from court (that's doubtful though). Well, so far today I SUCK at work. I screwed up that divorce (which ended up to be fine) and then a client showed up that I'd forgotten to tell her had rescheduled. "SURPRISE, MR. DAWSON IS HERE!" I was late and she'd forgotten.... Yeah, I was ANYTHING BUT golden today!
BUT on the upside I got a call from a recruiter that saw my resume online and she wants me to interview for a position like one I held a couple of years ago and it pays $14 an hour. Big difference than the $10 I make now and have to drive through hellish tourist traffic all summer...So I gave her permission to send my resume to her client. I got nothing to lose and it's closer to home.
