Well fortunately mine wasn't stress, it was stopping the beer drinking, exercise, and eating better.

I too have lost weigt since the bomb. For me, my weight loss looks good. I get compliments. For him, people act shocked. He looks like a patient. My husband's weight loss is still a mystery and a source of contention. Secrets are a negative part of our separation, in fact. Is he sick, depressed, suffering from body dysmorphia? sp? He will not communicate why he is choosing to be so thin.

mkultra,

Regarding your STXH's weight loss...you may need to ask for more professional assistance...like maybe setting up some sort of intervention. Is there anyone who can help you arrange that?

Our therapist confronted him and asked if he was eating, if he was using drugs, why he had a sudden drop in weight. She is still convinced that he is abusing drugs and that I need to insist he is tested if he is going to take care of our children. I do trust that he is not on drugs. I think he is depressed and choosing to be thin.

Well you would probably be better at telling if he was on drugs or not. How much weight has he lost? and how quickly?

Things are not going well because my husband is still on the divorce path full throttle. it makes me have obsessive thoughts because it is still such a bomb. Why would someone give up everything for nothing? I feel like he must have left us for something he values, but what could that be? Another woman? Freedom? Does he hate me that much? Hmmm. Obsessive thoughts again.

Keep working on those DB stuff. He needs time, why, I have no clue. I still do not know why my W needs time. But I cannot change that, more I backed off, the more she talks to me. I will never understand women "no offense". I know with my alcohol that was her biggest issue, but with all that came out in the last 3 months I would think she would be able to understand, but I guess not.

Probably no other women, freedom, or anything else, just lost would be my guess.
