Now.....with that said.....and I'm still stinging from being placed in the #2 category....I'll say this. You are legally seperated. Your wife is openly having a relationship with another man......granted, she's missing some tools from the tool box, however.....as long as you BOTH know what is going on, and YOU BOTH communicate with each other....no harm, no foul.
