Mandy, first, being dead isn't the answer to anything! Look at it this way, if you were dead, who would your son have? NOBODY! What you have to do right now is secure your position legally! Get into court and bust this bastard for everything you can! Child Support, health care, educational expenses, whatever you can nail him on, do so! If he will not or doesn't pay, take him to court, file charges, or perhaps put a lien on the home that you live in that he owns! LOL Hey Mandy, you might end up with it after all! Braveheart, thanks for your reply, I don't know if you read my post wrong but I didn't say it would be easier if I die, no I meant it would have been easier if xh had died, at least that way it would be final and he couldn't keep stirring the chit for us. Geez been doing some more packing today, didn't realise I had so much, but I ain't leaving him anything, I'll either take it or bin it.
