Mandy, first, being dead isn't the answer to anything! Look at it this way, if you were dead, who would your son have? NOBODY! What you have to do right now is secure your position legally! Get into court and bust this bastard for everything you can! Child Support, health care, educational expenses, whatever you can nail him on, do so! If he will not or doesn't pay, take him to court, file charges, or perhaps put a lien on the home that you live in that he owns! LOL Hey Mandy, you might end up with it after all!
