I'm on my way to the gym now but it's been over 7 months and not only has my W not filed, she hasn't even talked about it.
I think whether they file or not has a lot to do with how much you exacerbate the situation. I'm not sure they're really wanting to file. I think they want to see if anything changes and keep an eye on it for a bit.

OK, but mine's already filed, she did from day 1 and now it's like in slow motion??? That's what I don't get. If you're so fired up to get D'd, why not get it done? It's not like we have a lot to divide up or decide or anything???
If you're THAT pissed, wouldn't you just want it over with?
Then she tells me she wants it overwith and STILL nothing???
